How 60 days warranty works?
During 60 days after finishing the repair (and not from the pickup date) you have the warranty. If the repaired part or device will malfunction during 60 days we will repair for free. If the repaired part will malfunction again we will refund the fee.
Can I use the ground mail?
Yes! You can mail us your device. To do that you have to call to +995322195295 or e-mail to info@sandy.ge and tell/text us following details:

Mailing service price is 10 GEL inc. VAT
Does the price includes replacing part fees?
No! Provided prices are only for the service.
Can I buy the replacement parts in your shop with the service?
Yes! You can buy the replacement parts in our shop and our technicians will provide the replacement service.
In case if the replacement part is not available on site is it possible to preorder the parts?
Yes! You can preorder the replacement parts in our shop from USA, Germany and China.
How is the payment process on preordered parts?
If the preordered parts are not more then 1000GEL, you will pay the first 50% of the price and second 50% after the parts are arrived.
How long will preorder parts are taking to arrive?
Transportation time is depended on country from which we are ordering:
- From 30 to 60 days from China
- From 14 to 21 days from Germany and USA
